Maxim Ipatov is a Product Design Lead with over 5 years of experience in product design across corporations and startups. They have led design teams, elevated the significance of product design within organizations, and developed various products. During their tenure at Yandex, Maxim designed E-Commerce responses for over 70 million monthly active users and conducted extensive quantitative research. Currently, they are building and expanding the design team for Yandex 360, focusing on improving digital tools for everyday and work-related tasks. Maxim has also mentored designers and won multiple awards in startup accelerators and international hackathons.
