Joel Clonts

Joel Clonts is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and project oversight across various industries. Currently serving as the Owner/Operator of 360clean since November 2021, Joel specializes in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance. Previously, Joel held the role of Senior Project Manager at Trane Technologies, managing large HVAC installation projects. Additional experience includes positions as Field Operations Manager at C. Martin Company, Director of Operations at LRADAC, Chief Operations and Maintenance Manager at Lockhart Power, Lead Energy Technician at Palmetto Health Richland, and Plant Operator at South Carolina Electric and Gas. Joel's foundational experience includes service in the US Navy as an Aviation Boatswains Mate.
