Stanley's prior experience includes significant roles at Norfolk Southern, where they excelled in warranty management, locomotive maintenance, and lean production systems, achieving substantial cost savings. Currently, Stanley co-owns Big Kettle Brewing and operates as a franchise owner at 360clean, while also pursuing a career in the entertainment industry through various talent agencies.
