The Org is the world’s biggest network of public org charts a place to meet the teams behind leading companies and see how organizations are structured.

We believe a company’s greatest asset is its people. That includes the people who never appear on the company website, rarely get press attention, and are often missing from professional networking platforms. When those people are visible, everyone benefits: people feel appreciated, employees stay longer, and companies become more successful.

Our mission is to make organizations more transparent — so we can better understand companies, the people inside them, and the real contributors behind the work.

What we do
Publish public org charts for companies around the world
Help people discover jobs and grow professional networks
