Mariana Jota

Mariana Jota is currently the Head of Operations at KuantoKusta and has previously served as the General Manager at 360Hyper. With a strong background in strategy and business development, they co-founded Ostras Sobre Rodas and played a pivotal role at VONZU, where they held various positions including Strategy Manager and Head of Strategy. Mariana holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics, complemented by an Erasmus program at Univerzita Karlova v Praze. Their career reflects a passion for building companies and tackling real business challenges.
