Jonathan Cross is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at 360insights since May 2023, Jonathan previously held the role of Senior DevOps Engineer at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd., where expertise in architecting a scalable GitOps infrastructure supported a SaaS platform with over 8 million active users. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Cogeco Connexion, achieving significant operational cost reductions through successful migrations to Google Cloud Platform and performance optimization initiatives. Jonathan's career began at Afilias as a System Administrator Team Lead, overseeing a team and implementing ITIL best practices. Jonathan obtained an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from Durham College.
