Travis Dutka

Travis Dutka has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Travis currently holds the position of Senior Director, Culture and Learning at 360insights.com, a role they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Culture Curator at the same company from January 2015 to December 2021. Travis also worked as a Talent Manager from June 2013 to December 2014 and in marketing from December 2012 to June 2013 at the same organization. Before joining 360insights.com, Travis had experience as the Media Director at BPEA from June 2010 to September 2012 and as a Corporate Trader at Jameson Bank from January 2009 to June 2010. Additionally, they served as the VP of UOIT (Student Association) at the Student Association for UOIT, DC, and Trent in Oshawa from May 2006 to April 2007. In 2013, Travis also took on the role of Five Year Reunion Co-Chair (Class of 2008) at the UOIT Homecoming Committee, where they played a key role in the planning and execution of Homecoming events.

Travis Dutka attended the University of Ontario Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a B.Comm degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their formal education, Travis has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies," "Driving Workplace Happiness," "Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback," "Employee Experience," "Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace," and "Leading from the Middle."
