Carina Troy

Carina Troy is an Account Director at 360PRplus, a position held since 2019, where they manage a diverse client roster including brands like America's Test Kitchen and MegaFood. Prior to this, Carina has served in various roles at 360PRplus, including Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive. They gained early experience in the public relations field through internships at esteemed firms such as Weber Shandwick and 451 Marketing. Carina began their higher education journey at Boston College, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Communications.
