Based in the Boston office, Kara oversees all aspects of talent management, employee engagement, professional development, human resources policy and procedure, and benefits. Kara works with employees across the agency to create an environment where people are welcomed, valued, recognized, and rewarded.

Kara’s professional experience is rooted in public relations. Prior to working in HR, she spent more than 10 years working in account services at a technology PR agency. She brings a unique understanding of agency culture, career progression, and employee experience to the people and talent function at 360PR+.
