Marko Mrdja is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and data management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at 360training, Marko previously held the role of Director of Data & Information Technology and Director of Data & Operations at New World Application Design & Development, achieving significant cost reductions in cloud operations. Marko's background includes managing development teams at Generac, where contributions included the integration of Agile methodologies and enhancements to web infrastructure, as well as impactful roles at Milliman, where major improvements were made in application performance and mentoring. Marko's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
