Najmul Basit

Najmul Basit has more than 14 years of work experience in the software development field. NAJMUL currently holds the position of Director of Software Development at 360training.com since April 2019. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the software engineering function and developing and maintaining business-critical software applications. NAJMUL also engages in QBR with executives to meet organizational growth goals and has hands-on experience with Azure and AWS. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Manager and Solution Architect at the same company from February 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they contributed to the development, delivery, and maintenance of technology-based business solutions and managed an e-commerce website. NAJMUL was involved in the full software development life-cycle, including coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes to meet functional and technical requirements. NAJMUL also generated innovative ideas to enhance services and was involved in software architecture development and design documents. Before joining 360training.com, Najmul worked as a Distinguished Software Engineer from February 2013 to January 2017, a Project Manager from February 2011 to January 2013, a Technical Lead from January 2009 to January 2011, a Senior Software Engineer from May 2008 to December 2008, and an Application Developer from October 2007 to April 2008. NAJMUL also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Web Development House from March 2007 to August 2007 and at Patel Computers and consultants from March 2006 to June 2006.

NAJMUL BASIT obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Newport Institute of Communication and Economics, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
