Tom Walsh

VP, Customer Service at 365 Data Centers

Tom joined 365 Data Centers in November of 2021 as Vice President, Customer Service. In this position, he develops and oversees 365’s customer-facing teams that support the delivery of colocation, network, and cloud services. He focuses on driving customer service initiatives and proactive efforts from each of the Company’s customer service centers to ensure high-touch customer interaction and satisfaction.

Tom leverages his 20 years of experience leading customer service organizations that supported Infrastructure-as-a-Service deployments across many key industries including telecommunications, banking, military, government, manufacturing, and healthcare. He works closely with 365’s customers, data center and managed services operating and technical teams, and customer service professions to enable customers to spend less time on their digital infrastructure requirements so they can focus on growing their businesses.

Tom began his career in a leadership position with a defense contractor overseeing the management of classified and unclassified communications systems for the US military. He has since undertaken numerous management positions in customer service and IT operations, including Senior Director of IT Operations at Syniverse, Network Manager at Masonite, and Regional IT Manager at Kellogg Brown and Root, and council member and freelance business consultant with the Gerson Lehrman Group.

Tom received a BS in Business Administration and cybersecurity certification from St Petersburg College. He also holds numerous certifications from major technology leaders and industry organizations.
