Steve Zhou

Steve Zhou is currently the VP at 36Kr, the No.1 technology blog in China. Prior to their current position, Steve was an Associate at SAIF Partners, a leading private equity firm that provides growth capital to companies in Asia with over USD 4 billion and RMB 5 billion under management. Steve has also worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Consulting, where they were responsible for management consulting, including finance function effectiveness, internal control, regulatory compliance, and SAP implementation (finance and costing), as well as strategic consulting for the Chinese market entry of the greentech industry, including clean water, green building, renewable energy, and carbon exchange. Steve has a total of 8 years and 2 months of experience in the technology and finance industries.

Steve Zhou attended the University of Sydney from 2004 to 2008, where they studied commerce and finance. Steve was the General Secretary of the University of Sydney Chinese Student Union and a member of the Boxing Club.
