Daniel Bogar

Daniel Bogar, MBA, has extensive experience in business development and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Business Development at 374Water Inc. since April 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor teaching Management 3303 at Texas State University since January 2019, Daniel has a track record of successfully raising capital and leading mergers, notably for Powerverde Inc. from November 2019 to April 2021. As President and CEO of American Green Technology, Inc. from 2011 to 2019, Daniel focused on improving patient care through innovative air purification technology. Previous roles include President of Stanford Group Company, where Daniel expanded operations significantly, and President of CellStar Corporation for the Americas, achieving notable business growth. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
