Andy Croxford

Andy Croxford is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the campaigning organisation 38 Degrees, focusing on climate, environmental, and human rights issues. They are currently involved in finance, risk, and auditing sub-committees while volunteering as an emergency responder for the British Red Cross. Andy recently retired from a 30-year career at a senior level in environmental policy and research, including roles as Head of Environmental Strategy and Head of Research at the Environment Agency. They led significant initiatives such as the Environment Act and the 25 Year Environment Plan, and contributed to various advisory committees. Andy holds a BSc in Applied Biology and a PhD in Ecology, both earned from prestigious universities.
