Ramya Chandran

Ramya Chandran has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Ramya currently works at 3Analytics as the HR Recruitment Lead, a role they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Associate at the same company from March 2022 to August 2022. Earlier in their career, Ramya had a brief stint at WBG as an SST in April 2014. Before that, they worked as a Consultant-BFSI & ITES at AVTAR Career Creators from December 2013 to March 2014.

Ramya Chandran pursued their education with a focus on business and science-related fields. Ramya first attended Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an MBA degree. During their time at the academy, their field of study comprised of Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Following this, in 2013, Ramya joined Loyola Institute Of Business Administration and completed a certification course in Financial Management. Prior to their MBA, they attended Shrimati Indira Gandhi College, affiliated to Bharadhidasan University, Trichy, from 2005 to 2008. Ramya obtained a B.Sc degree during this period, specializing in Microbiology.
