Alejandro Grande

Alejandro (Ale) Grande is an experienced executive with a diverse background in operations, management, and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Tiendas 3B and as a mentor at Endeavor, Alejandro also contributes as a Senior Advisor to both Wagestream and TakeTalent, while holding a position as a member of the Board of Advisors at Smart Business Technologies SBT. Previously, Alejandro was CHRO and a member of the Management Board at DIA Group, and CEO at DIA Argentina. Alejandro's extensive experience also includes roles such as Project Manager at EXO CONSULT and Sales Manager at Eki Discount. Alejandro holds multiple degrees, including a Senior Management Program in Food Chain Companies from San Telmo Business School and finance training from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, along with a law degree from UNLZ.
