Joel Cuevas is currently the Director of Financial Services at Tiendas 3B, where they continue to innovate in the fintech space. Previously, they held the position of Director of Product Growth at Spin, where they led the launch of Spin Premia, a significant loyalty program impacting millions. As a former board member and Chairman at omegaUp, they dedicated their efforts to nurturing software engineering talent in Latin America. Their earlier experience at Auronix included multiple leadership roles, where they drove product development, innovation, and significant business transformations. With over 14 years as a member of the Scientific Committee for the Olimpiada Mexicana de Informática, they also contributed to training and mentoring young programmers in Mexico.
