Our Approach to Agile: Making teams better.

It’s the driver behind everything we do; guiding our training, shaping our coaching and steering our consulting. We recognize the power in a well-formed, agile team. Cultivating and concentrating that power is the backbone of our approach.

We are experts in Agile Theory. However, we understand the critical difference between theory and practice. Our training transforms the fundamentals of Agile Theory into practical implementation. By exploring real world, client-driven experiences, we give you the right Agile tools and techniques to use with your team. The result is meaningful, hands-on and adult learning focused on improving your team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Our Difference
We don’t just talk Agile, we live Agile. Our 3Back Team is a well-formed, Agile team; applying Modern Scrum in our own workplace. From our hands-on support staff to our seasoned consultants and trainers, every member of the 3Back Team is, at minimum, a CSM (Certified Scrum Master). Within every level of the 3Back team, we bring a real-world appreciation and understanding of your team’s needs.

Our Qualifications
With over 50 years of collective Agile experience and implementation, our qualifications are unmatched.

We are a collection of Certified Trainers and Agile practitioners, allowing us to masterfully address your needs through both a consultant perspective and a team member perspective. We operate from an established knowledge base, ensuring a solid Agile foundation supported with proven, practical skills and techniques.

We are Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute, and LeanKanban University credentialed educators, enabling us to expertly bridge, interpret and enhance your product development environment, regardless of its linear or agile nature. Among us, we hold the following credentials, as well as a few PhDs:

CST, CSP, CSD, CSPO, CSM
