Empowering leaders to shape outcomes and advance human progress.

3Back Group combines doctoral level behavioral science with open source intelligence to provide deep, layered understanding of people and organizations around the world. 3Back professionals have conducted influence operations in 25 countries for both private and government entities by creating tailored, culture-specific strategies enabling leaders to make informed decisions, scale teams, and shape outcomes during critical times. We apply these methods toward talent acquisition, executive assessment and selection, fundraising, culture, communications, and leadership development.

Behavioral Intelligence Profiles (BIPs)

BIPs provide unparalleled insights into a professional's values, motivations, and inclinations. Our researchers scrape all publicly-available data and activity on the internet. We create a condensed assessment and timeline of the individual’s personal and professional lives, linked to original data sources, revealing the core tenets and fabric of the individual – their passions, motivations, beliefs, leadership strategy, the way they perceive themselves and treat others, their influence and reputation within their industry, and other behavioral indicators. These profiles support assessment & selection, fundraising negotiations, high-profile public interviews, and behavioral analysis needed to assess company leadership.

Leadership Development

Great leaders exhibit an extremely high frustration tolerance, communicate effectively, and are indifferent to things that make no difference. They are formless and capable of connecting with anyone under any circumstance.
We provide executive coaching and thought partnership to affect immediate growth. Our development efforts enhance a leader’s capacity to influence by revealing their unique psychological strengths.
