3BG Strategic Partners is an operationally focused investment and advisory firm that partners with business owners, investors, and management teams at critical inflection points.
 
We were founded by operators — not bankers or consultants. Our founding partners have collectively spent more than 35 years each building, scaling, and exiting businesses across manufacturing and logistics, business services, SaaS and FinTech, real estate, and food services. That experience is the foundation of everything we do.
 
We work through three engagement models depending on what a situation calls for:
 
▸ Strategic & Transactional Advisory — exit and recapitalization readiness, governance diagnostics, financial restructuring, M&A transaction support, and PE sponsor portfolio company work.
 
▸ Operating & Interim Leadership — seasoned executives in the seat as interim CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, CHRO or CXO Direct Report functional leaders - during periods of transition, growth, or distress. Not consultants. Not project managers.
 
▸ Investment Partnerships — majority or minority equity positions in lower middle market businesses ($2–10M EBITDA) where we have authority aligned to accountability.
 
Our target is the business that has plateaued — not failed. Strong underlying product. Real customers. A specific set of execution problems we know how to fix.
