Eric Mayhew

Eric Mayhew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and operations management. Currently serving as Risk & Compliance Coordinator and Quality & Operations Leader at 3Bridges since July 2021, Eric ensures that Out of School Hours Care services adhere to national standards and mentors supervisors for operational excellence. Previously, as a Primary School Teacher at Saint Maroun's College, Eric designed innovative learning experiences based on evidence and student data. Earlier roles at Eagle Boys included ascending through various management positions to become National Field Trainer, where support was provided to franchise partners and corporate store managers. Eric holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from UNSW and multiple advanced diplomas in management and human resource management from TAFE NSW, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education from Curtin University.
