Leighton Pollard

Leighton Pollard is the Chief Growth Officer at 3Bridges, where they focus on driving sustainable growth and enhancing community impact. With over a decade of experience in youth services and social impact, Leighton has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Youth and Community and General Manager of Social Impact and Engagement at 3Bridges. Their past experience includes working as a Youth Worker at The Settlement Neighbourhood Centre and as a Caseworker at Catch22, where they engaged with youth at risk. Leighton’s journey began at South Nottingham College, and they have consistently aimed to improve youth engagement and community outcomes throughout their career.
