Dewand Hicks

Dewand Hicks has a long history of working in various roles in the business industry. Dewand began their career in 1994 as a Senior Unit Diary Clerk for the United States Marine Corps. In 2001, they became a National Account Manager for Scottel Voice & Data. From 2006 to 2020, they worked at Black Box, first as an Enterprise Inside Sales Team Lead, then as a Virtual Account Manager, and finally as a Customer Care Manager. In 2020, they joined 3C Software as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they are responsible for developing new business through lead generation efforts and strategic business alignment to drive revenue growth.
