David Vissman

David Vissman has over 15 years of experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at 3CDC since May 2011 and previously holding the role of OTR Operations Manager, David has demonstrated leadership and strategic oversight. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Development Consultant at Artistic Painting by Steve Pelland, Association Manager at Duvall Investment Group, Property Manager at Kaufmann Properties, and Facility Supervisor/Assistant Program Director at YMCA of Central Kentucky. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2005.
