Toni Strauch

Toni Strauch is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at 3CDC, with a career spanning from November 2020 to the present. Toni's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst at 3CDC. Prior to this, Toni worked at Colliers International from July 2017 to May 2020 as a Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist, where responsibilities included market research data analysis and managing marketing strategies for numerous properties. Toni also held positions at NASA DEVELOP National Program as an Applied Sciences GIS Consultant, Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation as an Urban Planning Co-Op, and various other organizations in urban planning and GIS roles. Educationally, Toni holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a minor in Real Estate and certificates in GIS and Historical Preservation.
