Stephen Dance has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephen started their career as a Customer Service Representative at a Chick-fil-A franchise in 2013. Stephen then worked as a Counselor at Glisson Camp & Retreat Center in 2016. In 2017, they gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Waites & Foshee Insurance Group and as a Campus Tour Guide at the University of Georgia Visitors Center. Since 2019, they have been working at 3Ci, initially as a Talent Specialist and later promoted to Lead Talent Specialist, where they focus on various aspects of Software Engineering and User Experience. Stephen'sresponsibilities include front-end and back-end development, DevOps, data analysis, and UX/UI design.
Stephen Dance obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in the period from 2015 to 2019. Stephen also obtained various certifications from Skillsoft in cloud computing, database fundamentals, UI/UX, agile methodologies, programming languages, performance engineering, and software design and development.
