Andy Schwarz

Andy Schwarz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting Operations at 3Cloud since October 2022, Andy oversees the Global Delivery Center, focusing on integration, growth, and optimization while enhancing the company culture. Prior to this role, Andy spent over 25 years at Cognizant Softvision, holding directorial positions involving the management of software engineers and critical engagements across several North American portfolios. Andy also contributed significantly at Magenic, directing a large team of software developers and coordinating delivery matters. Earlier career experiences include positions at Interim Technologies where Andy served as a consultant. Andy holds a BA in Mathematics and Pre-Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
