Eric Goff

Eric Goff possesses extensive experience in IT support and systems engineering, having held various roles across multiple organizations. As a Network Assistant II at Hobbico, Eric managed server and end-user equipment, and utilized Active Directory for support. Eric later served as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician at Illini Media, where skills in hardware and software troubleshooting were developed. At INSTEC, Eric coordinated help desk functions, leading team meetings and automating support ticket processes. More recently, Eric has excelled as a Senior Systems Engineer at 3Cloud and has continued to contribute to cloud strategy and support, with regular interaction with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers and a focus on compliance and internal support systems.
