Erik's earlier experience includes a role as Business Analytics Practice Lead and Business Intelligence Architect, where management of the Northeast practice was a key focus. Erik's career began as a Senior .NET Developer in the US Army, transitioning from active duty to the National Guard. Erik holds a BBA in Electronic Business Design from Western Michigan University.
