Karen Crone

Karen Crone serves as the Chief People Officer at 3Cloud, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and workforce management in a leading Microsoft services partner. Previously, Crone held the position of CHRO Emeritus at Paycor, where significant contributions were made to thought leadership and the HR Center of Excellence, alongside driving rapid growth as CHRO. A strong background in human resources and learning includes leadership roles at American Modern Insurance Group, Kendle International, and Convergys, where expertise in talent management and operational scaling was demonstrated. Crone holds a BA in English from Miami University and an MA in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
