Wayde Stallmann

Wayde Stallmann is a retired Agile coach with over 11 years of experience in enhancing team collaboration and organizational effectiveness. As the owner of Team First Development, Wayde focuses on integrating Improv Theater practices into team dynamics. They served as a Lead Agilist at 3Cloud, and previously worked as an Agile Coach for Microsoft through Insight Global, where Wayde mentored Scrum Masters and cultivated an Agile mindset. Wayde has also held various roles at AT&T, including Scrum Master and Agile Coach, and taught Agile principles as an Adjunct Faculty member at Saint Louis University.
