Alex Drexler

Alex Drexler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, Alex worked as an Operations Coordinator at Justin's, a natural foods company based in Boulder. At Justin's, Alex supported the sales and marketing teams with their influencer and key accounts strategy. From 2015 to 2017, Alex joined WDHB Strategic Learning, where they served as a Program Manager for global executive learning expeditions. Alex later became the Head of Programs, managing a team of 8 program managers across multiple offices. From 2018 to 2020, Alex held the position of COO at WDHB, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the quality and delivery of learning expedition and events product lines. Lastly, as of 2020, Alex joined 3Degrees Group, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Business Operations. In this role, they led the design and execution of the operations strategy within the Utility division, orchestrated cross-functional collaboration between various departments, and facilitated the annual planning process.

Alex Drexler completed their Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, in 2011, they participated in a Semester At Sea/ISE program where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Furthermore, Alex Drexler obtained various certifications throughout their educational and professional journey, including the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2022, the Tableau A-Z Certification from Udemy in June 2021, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Ethics and Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2013.
