John Bourne

John Bourne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, marketing, and leadership within the agricultural and clean energy sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Agriculture and Carbon Markets at 3Degrees Group, Inc. since June 2023, John focuses on helping companies mitigate scope 3 emissions in their agricultural supply chains. Previously, John was the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Ceres Imaging, where responsibilities included managing global teams to support regenerative agriculture initiatives. With a strong entrepreneurial background as the Co-Founder and CEO of BrightCurrent, John has also held various roles in marketing and business development at notable companies such as SunEdison and Samba Energy. John holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in History from Brown University.
