Stephanie Harris

Stephanie Harris has a diverse work experience with a focus on carbon markets. Stephanie started their career at 3Degrees Group, Inc. in 2015 as an Environmental Markets Associate, where they worked until 2017. Stephanie then progressed to the role of Senior Origination & Trading Associate from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Commercial Lead, Carbon Markets. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Carbon Markets at 3Degrees Group, Inc.

Before joining 3Degrees Group, Inc., Stephanie worked as a Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Barbara from 2013 to 2015 and as an Energy Efficiency Intern at the California Public Utilities Commission in 2014. Stephanie also served as a Communication Department Advisor at UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2013.

Stephanie's earlier experiences include being a Lead Marketing/Development Intern at UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics from 2010 to 2013 and a Solar Energy Awards Program Intern at the City of Santa Barbara in 2012.

Stephanie Harris attended UC Santa Barbara from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Environmental Studies. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara, from 2013 to 2015.
