Terese Decker

Terese Decker, PE, currently serves as Senior Manager of Operations, Research & Analysis and Director of the Energy & Climate Practice at 3Degrees Group, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this, Terese held various roles, including Director and Associate Director at Guidehouse from October 2019 to January 2022, following the acquisition of Navigant, where Terese worked from April 2011 to October 2019 as Associate Director, Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Terese's expertise includes research and evaluation in energy efficiency, particularly for utility clients across multiple states. Additionally, Terese has experience as a Mobility and Transportation Advisory Board Member for the City of Golden from January 2018 to April 2024. Terese's educational background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
