Tim Wesselink's work experience began in 2010 with an internship as a Mechanical Engineer at CGCE P LTD. In 2012, they worked as a Project Manager for Megametal B.V. and Peeters landbouwmachines, where they focused on analyzing agricultural machinery production and preparing for setting up production at Qingdao tulip machinery Co LTD. In the same year, they also became the owner of Devoteq. Since 2015, Tim has been CEO and Founder of 3devo B.V., an international tech-company specializing in 3D printing solutions.

Tim Wesselink completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Integrated Product Development from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2008 to 2012. Prior to their university education, they attended KSG de Breul, although specific details such as degree name and field of study are not provided.
