Jeff Allen

Jeff Allen is a certified coach and Hub leader in Denver at 3dm, where they focus on empowering everyday people to embrace discipleship and mission. They have served as a Senior Pastor at Faith Community Church since 2005 and were previously an Associate Pastor at Trinity Reformed Church from 2000 to 2005 while completing a Masters of Divinity at Western Theological Seminary. With a background in sales and marketing, Jeff held various positions, including Senior Marketing Manager at Sara Lee Deli and Marketing Manager at Tyson Foods, before transitioning into ministry. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics, Cum Laude, from Hope College.
