Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith has a strong background in sales and support roles. Matthew started their career at Canon Europe Ltd as a Product Specialist in 2003. Matthew then worked as a Training Consultant at BigHand from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Salesman at Omron Healthcare Ltd and then as a Sales Representative at Amplivox UK Ltd, where they sold audiometers, spirometers, and vision testing devices. Matthew provided training courses on these products as well. Matthew joined CitySprint in 2011 as an IT Support Analyst and stayed there until 2014. Matthew then moved to Nuffield Health as an Application Support Specialist until 2015. Currently, Matthew works at 3dMD as the European Customer Support Manager.

Matthew Smith attended Imperial College London from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Conservation and Wildlife Management at the University of Reading from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, they acquired the ITIL Foundation certification from Peoplecert in October 2014.
