Steph Sharp

CEO at 3DQue Systems Inc.

Steph Sharp's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked with high-growth firms in Vancouver as an outsourced CFO and capital markets expert. Steph led negotiations and deals with venture capital firms and underwriters such as Goldman Sachs and Bank of America. In 1995, they also served as the Founding President of the Association of Women in Finance.

In 1999, Steph joined Deloitte Canada as the Managing Director of Deloitte Corporate Finance. Steph worked in this role until 2001.

From 2002 until 2018, Steph worked at Ferax Consulting Corp as a Lead Negotiator, Deal Architect, and Corporate Finance Consultant. Steph handled deals valued over $20 billion and raised hundreds of millions of dollars for small businesses and non-profit organizations. Steph was entrusted with leading negotiations for critical core services.

In 2017, Steph also worked as the Executive Chair for Hire at F*NANCE for a year.

In 2018, Steph became the CEO of 3DQue Systems Inc, where they focus on building smart microfactories for producing plant-based plastic goods using 3D printers. Steph has helped increase throughput, built a print farm, and established a team of 20+ employees.

In 2019, Steph served as an Ambassador for Women in 3D Printing until 2021.

Steph Sharp obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Queen's University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Later, they pursued an MBA in Strategy at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1990 to 1992.
