Eric also founded Top Shelf® Models and Top Shelf® Academy, specializing in real estate financial modeling. Prior to this, Eric held positions at Rockpoint Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bergin holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
