Sandy Smith

Sandy Smith is an experienced industry editor currently working at 3E since July 2023, focusing on developing strategy and creating content for a news service on EHS, regulatory affairs, and sustainability. Previously, Sandy served as the Director of Global Content at Intelex Technologies Inc. from January 2018 to January 2023 and was Editor in Chief at Penton Media for over 25 years, leading content strategy for EHS Today magazine. Sandy has held various editorial positions, including Managing Editor at Vertical Net and Reporter at Sun Newspapers, and has also contributed as a board member for Secondhand Mutts. Sandy holds a BA in Communication and Psychology from Cleveland State University.
