Peter Sibirzeff

Peter Sibirzeff has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 1995 to 1998, they were the President of Hagstromer & Qviberg Inc, where they founded and managed the first Scandinavian market making broker dealer, specializing in Scandinavian ADR's and equity derivatives trading. Peter was responsible for the NASD registration process, compliance, risk and other administrative processes. From 1998 to 2000, they were the President of NeoNet Securities, the world's first true direct market access (DMA) provider. Peter funded and built the first NASD registered DMA broker dealer in New York. From 2000 to 2002, they were the Executive Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing of Jiway (JV between Morgan Stanley and OMX). Peter was a member of the executive management committee and established five sales and marketing offices in London, Frankfurt, Zurich, Paris and Stockholm. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Consultant providing strategic operational and product development consulting services to financial and technology organizations. From 2004 to 2007, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Alphacet, a $5.5M software startup providing Straight Through Processing (STP) of systematic trading strategies. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Senior Advisor of Eleven Canterbury, LLC. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman of HALSAmd + HALSAmd Research 501(c)3 non-profit, a health care tech medical clinic to address US $200bn chronic disease market. Since 2019, they have been the Director of 3Forge, delivering business critical front end installations to Tier 1 banks like Morgan Stanley, Citibank, Barclays, BoA and Coinbase.

Peter Sibirzeff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Audit from Stockholm University between 1980 and 1984. In 1995, they obtained Series 3, 7, 24 & 63 certifications from the NASD.
