Chris Lee has a diverse work experience in marketing, strategy, and digital roles. Starting in 2006 as a Marketing Intern for the New York Mets, they coordinated game day promotions and managed inventory. In 2007, they worked as an Account Coordinator at Millsport.

Their career at The Marketing Arm began in 2008, where they held multiple roles over the years. As an Account Executive for HP, they led the agency's NBA sponsorship and planned events for HP's Disney partnership. In 2012, they became an Account Executive for Southern Methodist University, and in 2013, they transitioned to a Digital Strategist position, working on digital shopper strategies and consumer engagement programs for Frito-Lay's brands.

Chris then moved up the ranks at The Marketing Arm, becoming an Associate Digital Director in 2015, leading a team that created immersive digital experiences for Frito-Lay brands. Chris was promoted to Digital Director in 2016, where they managed people and worked on multiple Frito-Lay brands.

In 2018, Chris became a Senior Director Strategy & Digital, focusing on brand planning and developing brand strategies. Chris led the creation of the Cheetos Restaurant experiences and the Doritos Bowl.

Most recently, Chris joined 3Headed Monster in 2023 as a Strategy Director.

Chris Lee attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in "Developing Cultural Intelligence: Working Effectively Across Cultures" from the Cultural Intelligence Center.
