Andre Perwas

Andre Perwas is a seasoned professional in the fields of private equity and advanced services, currently serving as Partner, Head of Services & Software, and Managing Director Germany at 3i Group plc since January 2025. Prior to this role, Andre held the position of Partner, Head of Advanced Services & Software at Capvis AG from November 2019 to December 2024. Andre's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at 3i Group plc as Partner in Private Equity from October 2006 to October 2019, as well as a role as Senior Manager in Strategy at Accenture from 1997 to 2006.
