Jasi Halai

Jasi Halai is Chief Operating Officer. She was appointed to the Board in May 2022 and is a member of the Executive Committee. Jasi is responsible for the operational running of the Finance team covering Group financial reporting including FP&A, investment accounting and valuations, fund reporting, regulatory reporting, reward/carried interest plans and share based plans and provides support to the tax, deal, HR and compliance teams.

During her career at 3i, Jasi has led a number of transformation projects, including the setting up of an outsourced function in Bangalore and systems implementation across the front, middle and back-office to optimise business processes. She has also supported and implemented various change and restructuring programmes.

Jasi is also non-executive director at Porvair Plc, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MSc in investment management from the CASS Business School.
