Jason Gao

Jason Gao has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Jason worked at 3i Group plc, where they held various roles such as Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate from 2017 to the present. In addition, they were a Board Member at Regional Rail, LLC starting in 2022. Jason also served as a Board Observer at Smarte Carte starting in December 2017. Prior to that, they were an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Group from July 2015 to April 2017.

Jason Gao completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Finance/Statistics with a Minor in Chemistry from NYU Stern School of Business in the years 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Algonquin Regional High School. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the year 2015, and they passed Level I of the CFA Program from the CFA Institute in the same year.
