James White

James White has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Senior Vice President Operations for 3ICE. Previously, they were the Owner/Founder of Destiny Uth Ministries International from 1984, where they connected people of all generations and backgrounds to do something bigger than themselves, encouraged people to be what God has destined them to be, and provided opportunities through short-term missions and discipleship. From 2004 to 2021, they were the Senior Tour Production Manager for Professional Bull Riders, LLC USA, where they produced nearly 500 local/global events for both front/back of house, managed budgets, contracts, assets and tactical execution of all major events, and led 35 in-house staff and up to 70-person event local labor crews. From 2003 to 2021, they were the International Youth Leadership Development/Missions Director PCG, where they developed youth ministries in growth and leadership structures in the United States, Europe and Africa, and organized short-term Missions Trips for youth and adults to foreign countries to deliver humanitarian aid, grow churches, and train leadership. Lastly, from 1999 to 2003, they were the District Youth Director Southwest Texas, where they developed outreach plans and growth structures for local youth ministries and churches, organized annual summer camps for 450+ teens and juniors, and held monthly sectional meetings with leaders for training and personal growth.

James White attended Orange High School from 1975 to 1978, graduating with a high school diploma. James then attended Brean Bible College from 1980 to 1986, where they obtained an ordination in pastoral studies, church leadership, and youth ministry.
