Paola Rios

Paola Rios is an economist with a specialization in quantitative analysis and data innovation. Over the past decade, they worked at the intersection of research, policy, and technology, focusing on issues such as conflict, displacement, and migration in Latin America. Paola is currently an Information Management Expert at 3iSolution, where they conduct data collection and analysis to inform humanitarian responses, as well as a Project Manager at 3iS, leading a national study on internal displacement in Honduras. Previously, Paola served as a lecturer at Universidad Externado de Colombia, teaching microeconometrics and applied statistics, and has been involved in various consulting roles with organizations such as HelpAge International and the International Labour Organization. Paola holds a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Growth and Sustainability from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
