Pushpala Sruthi's work experience begins in 2021 at Zenith Software LTD, where they held the position of Technical Recruiter. Pushpala then moved on to 3K Technologies in 2023, where they currently serve as an HR IT Recruiter.

Pushpala Sruthi attended Vikram Simhapuri University from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. The degree they obtained was a BSc COMPUTER HONORS.
